Did you know that the Association recommended and approved cautionary warning signs to be posted at specified entrances to the Point in an attempt to discourage “outsiders” from unauthorized entrance or use of our properties? This is especially relevant to ATV users who are not allowed to use the vehicles in their own community and, therefore, feel they can ride on our property. The signs read:
